Dan Patrick is America's premier sports media personality. After spending the past 18 years with ESPN, Dan now looks to start a new chapter in his career with The Content Factory, where he will have a multi-platform, nationally syndicated presence.
Over the past 18 years, Dan had became the face of ESPN through his work on SportsCenter, the Dan Patrick Radio Show, NBA coverage and ESPN the Magazine. In the high profile position of anchor on ESPN's evening SportsCenter, Dan brought intelligent information, a unique sense of humor and a charismatic point of view to his broadcasts, which have won him numerous awards. He has been named National Sportscaster of the Year by the NSSA, received a CableACE Award for SportsCenter and won a Sports Emmy Award in the Studio Host category. Dan made himself popular on the cable network for his "Big Show" version of SportsCenter. His pet phrases such as "Gone" and "En Fuego" have become a part of the sports lexicon. While Dan is most commonly known for his anchor position on ESPN's SportsCenter, he was also involved in many other functions at ESPN. He wrote for ESPN The Magazine, authoring "Outtakes", a popular article featuring Dan asking the hard, tough questions to some of sports' biggest names. In addition, Dan also served as host of his own radio show on ESPN Radio, which has more than 335 affiliates nationwide and had an ESPN web page for his personal comments on sports topics.
